'It looks really sensational' - Speed

A new look set for Scuderia Toro Rosso
Toro Rosso's top-secret 2006 race livery will blow the F1 world's socks off, Rookie driver Scott Speed says.

The team ran the undisclosed paint-job behind closed doors at Paul Ricard this week,
but is not set to show it to the world until the official launch next week in Bahrain.

In a teleconference, 23-year-old Speed gave a sneak preview of the radical livery.
"It looks really sensational," he enthused. "(It) will give everyone an enormous surprise, I promise you!"

Until now, the Toro Rosso car has tested in a Red Bull Racing-style livery, with a gold nose

ja en in bahrain staan ze daar met een heel blauwe auto met in het groot redbull op
nuja als ze niet presteren kunnen ze toch als uitvlucht gebruiken dat ze toch iets te veel aan de livery van de wagen hebben gewerkt in plaats van aan de ontwikkeling van de wagen, dat geld ook voor mercedes.. maarja maar nie te vroeg lachen..

Het meest schokkende zal zijn dat hij er nog net hetzelfde zal uitzien ofzo als tijdens de tests...

echt schokkend zou pas zijn wanneer de redbull wagen volhangt met dark dog of kizz me of red devil of... plakkers

Vandaag zien we trouwens ook de bevestiging dat Ferrari een nieuwe voorvleugel ontworpen heeft. Volgens Autosport hebben ze deze getest in Bahrein toen de andere teams naar huis waren. Eindelijk zijn wij van die lelijke minivleugel onder de neus vanaf (BMW is ook afgestapt van dit ontwerp)

Dat is gewoon om de modelbouwers van dit forum te pesten Die van STR denken waarschijnlijk dat ze dergelijke decals niet geplakt krijgen, totdat een van die kunstenaars het wel voor elkaar krijgt.

Qua idee lijkt deze livery enigzins op die van Star Wars van vorig jaar (of was dat al in 2004? )

dat zou straf zijn, want in 2004 bestonden ze nog niet
