Gewoon vanwege bestaande afspraken met de huidige teams (Concorde Agreement)...........en de daarbijbehoreden verdeling van TV-, reis- en prijzengeld

Nu komt het nieuws dat ze de fabriek van Penske willen overnemen in de UK. In de jaren negentig bouwde Penske zijn eigen Indycarwagens.
