waarom mogen er geen 44 wagens aan de start komen?

Gewoon vanwege bestaande afspraken met de huidige teams (Concorde Agreement)...........en de daarbijbehoreden verdeling van TV-, reis- en prijzengeld

Nu komt het nieuws dat ze de fabriek van Penske willen overnemen in de UK. In de jaren negentig bouwde Penske zijn eigen Indycarwagens. ook racing engineering valt af. Die kopen gewoon midland op
